The Good Holiday Spirit gift vouchers are given to families residing in Finland with at least one child under the age of 18 who are experiencing financial difficulties due to unemployment, ill health, excessive debt, low income or some other crisis. There is a limited number of gift vouchers available, so unfortunately only some of those needing help will receive one.
The Hyvä Joulumieli gift card is intended for the purchase of food and grocery items. Most of the purchases should consist of food or grocery products, including Christmas treats. Individual household items may also be included, such as a roll of baking paper, a bottle of dishwashing liquid, or a package of diapers.
The gift card cannot be used to purchase tobacco products or alcoholic beverages. No cash refund is available from the gift card. However, if you wish, you may use the gift card for several shopping trips, so it does not need to be spent all at once.
The gift cards can be used starting from 1 December 2026. The recommended redemption period is 1–31 December 2026, but the cards remain valid for at least one year.
